Giorgia is our friendly and empathetic junior lawyer, who is passionate about making family law proceedings as stress-free as possible. Giorgia prides herself on always going the extra mile to listen and speak with clients about any questions they may have about their matter, and ensuring they are not left feeling unclear about their next steps.
Giorgia grew up on the Gold Coast, graduating from St Hilda’s School in 2014, and later graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and Bachelor of Psychological Science in 2019. She began doing work experience one day a week at Collective Family Law Group in October 2018, and thoroughly enjoyed working alongside our fantastic team. Soon, she was working at our firm three days a week, which transitioned into a full-time position as a law clerk, and eventually a junior lawyer. Giorgia enjoys working closely with the other experienced solicitors on our team and assisting them at all stages of their matters.
When she is not in the office, Giorgia spends her time at Burleigh Heads Beach with a coffee and a book. She also loves spending time with her friends, and as a devoted traveller, is forever planning her next overseas adventure.
Giorgia was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2020. Giorgia is familiar with many of our clients and is skilled in legal drafting and research. Whilst she has worked on a wide range of family law matters, she is especially passionate about parenting and child protection matters.
