Toni-lee is intelligent and hard-working with an in-depth understanding of family law. Originally from Tasmania, Toni-lee graduated from Bond University with Honours in 2014 and upon completion of her Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, was admitted as a lawyer at the end of 2014.
Joining the Caldwell Family Lawyers Team in January 2013, Toni-lee has moved from positions of work experience, to reception, to finally a solicitor. This has resulted in Toni-lee developing an understanding of all aspects of the firm, and having experience beyond her admission.
Toni-lee is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Knowing from early on in her degree where she wanted to be at the end, Toni-lee focused her studies and practice exclusively on Family Law. Toni-lee is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Gold Coast District Law Association and the Family Law Practitioners Association. Toni-lee has experience with all aspects of Family Law including divorce, de facto matters, property settlements, children’s matters, child support and domestic violence, and has made regular appearances in the Magistrates Court of Queensland and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
A self-confessed stickler for all things grammar and structure, Toni-lee is known for her methodical and thorough approach to her work. Toni-lee is relatable, empathetic and takes the time to explain complex areas and issues to her clients whilst ensuring they feel in control of their matter.
With such involved working weeks committed to her clients, Toni-lee enjoys using her weekends and time off to enjoy relaxing things like reading, travelling to new places and stand-up paddle boarding. Easily enticed with food and wine, you will usually find Toni-lee enjoying local Gold Coast restaurants and bars with her partner and friends.
