Elise Knight

Elise is an experienced family lawyer having practised primarily in the Family Law space since 2015. Elise completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in 2015. Later that year, she completed a placement at a generalist law firm as part of her Practical Legal Training. She remained at the firm at the conclusion of her placement where she practised exclusively in Family Law. She was admitted as a lawyer in 2016. Before joining the Collective Family Law Group in 2022, she worked at two other firms where she focused on Family Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Elise provides clear and practical advice to her clients with an empathetic approach. Her priority is ensuring her clients feel empowered throughout the legal process. Elise is a Gold Coast local. When she is out of the office, she can be found in a café, on a basketball court or taking her dogs for a swim in the Broadwater.
